We’ve all heard it said that the Bible is a road map and just like a road map we usually take it most seriously when we’re lost.  This Bible reading guide is designed to offer the direction we need before we take a wrong turn.  Each day, for 37 weeks, you can join your Gospel Mission family in reading through the entire New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs.  This daily reading has been divided up into segments that should only take you 15 minutes a day to complete.  Each week also offers a memory verse following the example of the Psalmist who said, “Your Word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against you.”  The Bible is God’s Book.  Christian faith and growth are impossible without it. 

     According to Psalm 19:1-4, the Bible covers the globe.  It sounds in the palaces of the rich and yet is heard in the peasant’s hut.  It brings excitement to the anxious ears of children and yet wise men take heed to its counsel.  When we read the Bible we are listening to the voice of God!  With that in mind, just like an interstate takes your car from state to state, allow God’s Word to take your heart from its current state to its ultimate state.
